29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals. a) Raw & Trim department - On or about 1/24/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to skin corrosion and eye damage hazards in that the employer failed to provide labels regarding the hazards of the chemicals for two of 55 gallon drums of Smart Wash/SW Original Formula (corrosive) and a 55 gallon drum of chlorine.
