29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: The employer did not ensure electrical equipment is used and installed in accordance with the listing or labeling instructions. This violation occurred on or about January 10, 2018 and at times prior thereto; in the JBOBS Laser Cutting Area: a) A metal junction box designed to be installed inside of a wall was used to power the HDX fan and KERD laser machine. b) Relocatable power tap/power strip was being used to provide power to machines and power tools.
