29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Atticus Franchise Group, LLC, dba Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Paint, Sugar Hill, GA - In the paint mixing room, and times prior to, a flexible cord was used as permanent wiring to supply power to the mixing table (scale, paint mixer), on or about 12/12/17. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
