29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards, other than the dead front externally-operable type and accessible only to qualified persons, were not mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and/or were not dead front: a) Frame Shop, on or about December 14, 2017, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the breaker panel had unused openings in the face plate. b) Frame Shop, on or about December 14, 2017, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that a 240 volts, three phase electrical breaker panel was not dead front.
