29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29CFR 1910.6: The employer does not ensure that compressed gas cylinders were stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965. This violation was observed on or about November 15, 2017 when compressed gas cylinders in storage were not provided with protective caps in the thermal spray area. Employees were exposed to fire, explosion and struck by hazards: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure compressed gas cylinders are stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965
