29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: 1) Production Area: On or about November 1, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to shock and amputation hazards, in that all affected and authorized employees performing service and maintenance on the Terco machine, conveyor, filler machine and tanks had not received lockout/tagout training.
