On or about October 11, 2017 employees were exposed to fall hazard of more than 4 feet to the lower level when working at the following location: When working at Racks #3, #5, and #6, employees have to clean the fly bars on the racks, retrieve racks that have fallen off the hooks into the tanks by climbing on top of the tanks.
