29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(i): When a powered industrial truck is left unattended, load engaging means were not fully lowered, controls were not netralized, power was not shut off, and brakes set: a) Outgoing Docking area - On or about October 17, 2017, an employee in the process of looking for a pallet using the desktop computer, left a forklift running and unattended. b) Outgoing Docking area - On or about October 17, 2017, an employee operating a forklift, left the forklift running unattended to take a break.
