29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a) Panelbox in the Electrical Room, "B" Level, on October 4, 2017, and at times prior, the panel cover was removed and conductors were directly connected to circuit breakers in the panel, exposing live parts operating at 120/240 volts.
