29 CFR 1926.1101(i)(1): The employer did not provide and require the use of protective clothing, such as coveralls or similar whole-body clothing, head coverings, gloves, and foot coverings for employee, for which a required negative exposure assessment was not produced: a) Two-Story Single Family Home: Employees engaged in demolition work were removing building material debris, consisting of asbestos-containing plaster wall material. The employer did not provide protective clothing to affected employees, in lieu of a negative exposure assessment, on or about 10/2/17.
