29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): Employee(s) stood under or passed under the elevated portion of a powered industrial truck: a) Cast Iron Lab Spray Paint Booth: An employee walked under the elevated forks of a forklift while spray painting a 500 pound weight that was being supported by the forks, on or about 10/11/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
