29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(4)(ii): Air from an exhaust ventilation system used to control exposure to lead was recirculated and no system was in place to automatically bypass the recirculation system if it fails and no controls were monitoring the concentration of lead in the return air: a) Glass Area: On or about August 23, 2017, the Torit system used to collect dust generated during the glass sort production processes was a recirculating system which was not ducted to the exterior of the work area and no monitoring was observed at the return side of the system.
