On 8/22/2017, three employees were in the process of moving a Twin Spindle CNC machine located at Walther Engineering located at 3501 Shotwell Dr., Franklin, Ohio, the CNC machine weighed approximately 37,849 pounds, the Versa Lift 25/35 forklift that the employees were utilizing had a maximum load capacity of 35,000 pounds with a 24 " load center and a wheelbase of 76".
