29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. Lot 31 Rosshandler RD, Suwannee, GA 30024 On or about August 11, 2017 and at times prior to, the employer did not provide eye protection to employees performing masonry work in that: a) Employees using a DeWalt D28715 Heavy-Duty 14" (355 mm) Chop Saw with Quick-Change Clamp SN: 309191 to cut bricks were exposed to being struck by flying pieces of brick. b) Employees using Custom Color Type N Masonry Cement, a corrosive, were exposed to eye damage.
