29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage: On or about August 3, 2017, and in times prior thereto, 240 volt electrical panel C was damaged by a forklift. This created an electrical hazard to workers, located in the production area.
