29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met 70 Fremont Street, Worcester, MA: On or about July 31, 2017the employer had not developed, implemented or maintained at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f),(g) and (h) will be met when employees are using chemicals such as but not limited to Versigard G200SA Yellow substrate Adhesive, NCF stone accelerator, and Bond two component adhesive. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
