29 CFR 1910.101(b): 29 CFR 1910.101(b): Section 3.4.4, Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P11965, as adopted by 29 CFR 1910.101(b): Compressed gas cylinder(s) not in use were not properly supported to prevent them from being knocked over: On or about June 14, 2017, near the Voortman, V808, plasma beam coping machine, the employer did not ensure the oxygen bottle was secured. The oxygen bottle was changed out from the Voortman machine and was not secured. Employees exposed to the hazard of being struck-by the unsecured oxygen bottle.
