29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders were not located where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: The employer is failing to protect employees from fire, explosion, and struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented 5/31/17 at the establishment located at 515 S. 4th Street in Osage City, Kansas, where four welding gas cylinders were stored without being positively restrained in the maintenance shop.
