29 CFR 1926.451(f)(13): Debris was allowed to accumulate on scaffold platforms: On or about at 5/16/17 located at 315 Oconee Street, Bldg. 300: Employees using and working on the mast climbing scaffold system at heights up to or above 40 feet were exposed to trip and fall hazards from the accumulations of debris, masonry mix, wood, bricks, pallets, containers and other material that would prevent the employees from having a safe path on the platform.
