29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: a. At the work site, employees used powdered tints to mold concrete into realistic-looking rocks using materials that included, but were not limited to, silica, benzene, isocyanates, xylene, titanium, chromium, arsenic, lead, nickel, mercury and cadmium. The employer did not have a written hazard communication program available for employees at the time of inspection on May 5 or 24, 2017 or at the time of sampling on May 25, 2017.
