29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite: VIP Platform - Employees erecting a 26' VIP Platform were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were on a platform that was not fully decked on all working levels exposing employees erecting the platform to fall hazards of up to 23 feet. Noted on or about 4/22/17.
