29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29CFR 1910.6: The employer does not ensure that stored, compressed gas cylinders were stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965. This violation was observed on or about April 26, 2017 when compressed gas cylinders, behind the facility in the compressed gas storage area, were not provided with protective caps . Employees were exposed to fire, explosion, and struck by hazards.
