29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): An aerial lift truck was moved when the boom was elevated in a working position with men in the basket and was not specifically designed for this type of operation in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) of this section. a) Wellington Pointe Apartments, Building 500; On or about April 25, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet, in that an employee moved a JLG aerial lift (Model 800A, SN 0300133513) while the basket was occupied in order to move employees closer to the designated work location.
