29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: 1) Warehouse Area: On or about April 20, 2017, the employer exposed employees to crush/struck-by hazards by not ensuring the tire wheels on the trailers were chocked while employee were loading pallets inside the tractor trailer truck.
