29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(i): The employer failed to train each employee on the nature of fall hazards in the work area and how to recognize them: a) Warehouse/Facility: On or about April 19, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while performing job tasks such as but not limited to installing warehouse light bulbs and fixtures at heights up to twenty five (25) feet to the concrete floor below and failed to train each employee on the nature of the fall hazards in the work area.
