29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a. On or about April 18, 2017 at workstation #8 at merge conveyor #2 where an employee was exposed to an electrical hazard when using an electrical outlet box to power tools that had unused openings that were not effectively closed. b. On or about April 18, 2017 at workstation #10 at merge conveyor #2 where an employee was exposed to an electrical hazard when using an electrical outlet box to power tools that had unused openings that were not effectively closed. c.
