29 CFR 1910.178(m): Powered Industrial Trucks were operated in areas without sufficient headroom under overhead installations, lights, pipes, sprinkler systems, etc.: a) Jobsite: Area surrounding the dumpster - Employees operated powered industrial trucks to conduct housekeeping operations in an area without sufficient headroom. On March 28th 2017 an employee who was in the process of compacting the contents of a dumpster suffered fatal injuries when his forklift tipped over after striking an overhead beam. Noted on or about 3/28/17.
