29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program to reduce exposures to or below the permissible exposure limit, solely by means of engineering and work practice controls: Lead Wave Solder Area; On or about 3/22/17, the employer did not have a written lead compliance program, indicating engineering and work practice controls implemented to reduce exposures to or below the PEL. A worker in the lead wave solder area was exposed to an 8-hr TWA of 0.2711 mg/m3 of lead, which is 5.4 times the PEL.
