29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about 3/5/2017, in the Paint Department at the Paint Oven, a procedure was not documented and utilized to control hazardous energy such as, but not limited to, thermal and electrical energy when employees are performing maintenance and service activities exposing employees to burn and caught-in hazards. (b) On or about 3/5/2017, in the Paint Department at the Paint Robot, a procedure was not documented and utilized to control hazardous energy such as, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical energy when employees are performing maintenance and service activities exposing employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards.
