29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: a) Ammonia Refrigeration Room: On or about March 21, 2017, employees were exposed to shock hazards, in that the employer installed a 120 volt outlet enclosure that was not approved for use in a wet or damp location.
