29 CFR 1910.1048(i)(2): When employees' skin could have become splashed with solutions containing 1 percent or greater formaldehyde, the employer did not provide conveniently located quick drench showers: a) At the facility, where the employer did not ensure that there was a quick drenching shower available for employees handling formocresol. An employee dropped a bottle of formocresol while moving the bottle from one location to another. The formocresol bottle was 37 percent formaldehyde.
