29 CFR 1926.850(k): Employees entrance(s) to multi-story structures being demolished were not protected by sidewalk sheds or canopies or both: a) Five Story Building: On or about date, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the employees entrance to the internal stairwell was protected from the partially demolished steel framing, wooden floors, and brick walls which exposed employees to injuries associated with being struck-by and crushed-by collapsing and falling portions of the structure.
