29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) OEG Building Materials Inc. - Manufacturing Plant: The two rolls (pinch point) used between the uncoiler and the roll tooling of the rolling machines Samco (line #1), and Samco model 80045, S/N 6800MOS (line #2), were not guarded appropriately to protect the operators from crushing hazards, observed on or about 05/04/2016.
