29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Rack Conveyor - One end of the conveyor, which was 1 foot above the floor, had a chain and sprocket assembly that was inadequately guarded and the other end had an assembly that was unguarded, on or about February 16, 2017. b) Block Production Machine Area - There were 3 chain and sprocket assemblies for the conveyor that moved the metal plates around the machine, on or about February 16, 2017. All were within 3 feet of the floor. c) Cuber Machine - There was a chain and sprocket assembly, 2 feet above the floor, that was unguarded, on or about February 16, 2017.
