29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees hands were exposed to hazardous condition(s): On or about January 26, 2017, at the above addressed worksite, the employer did not select, require and/or enforced the use of appropriate hand protection for employees who were required to work with hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, GL Prem Int LTX SG WH GLN6400 (Carcinogenic); Pure Bright Germicidal Ultra Bleach (pH 12.5); Purity (pH 12.8); Neutra Soft (pH <2); Sanisol (pH 12.8); Hot Shot (pH 14); and Concentrated Acid D-Lime (pH <2) while performing laundry, cleaning and/or dishwashing operations.
