29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in close proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about January 21, 2017 and times prior thereto, employees installing a disconnect plug in the electrical room on the second floor next to the energized 480 volt Busway were exposed to electrical shock and arc flash/blast hazards.
