29 CFR 1910.420(a): The employer did not develop and maintain a safe practices manual (is applicable to the construction standard by 29 CFR 1926.1080 that incorporates the General Industry requirement): On or about January 12, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, where two employees were engaged in diving operations, they did not have a safe practices manual for a worksite where commercial diving was being performed.
