29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed: (a) This violation occurred at the North wall in the processing area next to the entrance to the training room where an electrical pull box was found with a knock out missing exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard. DALLAS U.S.A. FOODS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1123864, CITATION NUMBER 001 ITEM NUMBER 0006B AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 18, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1880 LONE STAR DR, DALLAS, TX 75212.
