29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) Palram 2000, Inc., P3 - On or about December 1, 2016, adequate training was not provided to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees performing blade changing operations on the Bryer Extrusion Lines brand, D-78224 cross cutting saw. Palram Panel, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088517, citation number 01, item number 02/b and was affirmed as a final order on November 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9735 Commerce Circle, Kutztown, PA 19530.
