29 CFR 1910.1026(k)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not make medical surveillance available for all employees who were or could be occupationally exposed to chromium (VI) at or above the action level for 30 or more days a year. On or about March 02, 2017 in the welding bays of the production area employees welding on stainless steel were exposed to chromium (VI) where the employer did not make a chromium (VI) medical surveillance program available. On March 02, 2017 a welder was exposed to 5.4 micrograms chromium (VI) per cubic meter of air as an eight hour time weighted average for 463 minutes sampled with the remaining 17 minutes calculated as zero exposure.
