29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: The employer is failing to protect employees from amputation hazards. This was most recently documented on or about 11/17/16, at the establishment in the maintenance shop located at 15 SW. 40 Ave in Great Bend KS. Maintenance employees were operating a Tannewitz table saw (Property #04004) with an unguarded saw blade exposing them to amputation hazards.
