29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: On or about November 9, 2016, at Ludwig Buildings Enterprises, LLC the employer failed to ensure that employees were adequately trained in the purpose and function of energy control procedures. This condition exposed employees to hazardous energies such as but not limited to: electrical, hydraulic, gravity, compressed air and thermal.
