29 CFR 1926.502(d)(20): The employer did not provide for prompt rescue of employees in the event of a fall or did not assure that employees were able to rescue themselves: (a) Billboard, Sissonville Drive: On or about November 1, 2016 and times prior, the employer did not develop and/or implement a rescue plan for an employee required to work at heights while performing work on advertisement billboards to prevent and minimize employee exposure to suspension injuries.
