29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(I): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain information on the hepatitis B vaccine, including information on its efficacy, safety, method of administration, the benefits of being vaccinated, or the fact that the vaccination will be offered free of charge: a. At the Plant, on or about August 8, 2016, twenty-two (22) employees who were expected to provide first-aid services to injured co-workers were not provided training from the employer that contain information on the hepatitis B vaccine, including information on its efficacy, safety, method of administration, the benefits of being vaccinated, or the fact that the vaccination will be offered free of charge.
