29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would secure vertical members together laterally, and the cross braces were not of such length as would automatically square: Worksite located at 6000 W Memorial Road. Oklahoma City, OK 73142. On or about August 03, 2016 and at times prior thereto, three employees were exposed to a fall of twenty-four feet while working on a fabricated frame scaffold that was not provided with cross braces to connect the frames and panels.
