29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: (a) Cut-up free hang - On or about July 12, 2016, two (2) elevated platforms 7 feet above the floor on the DAPEC line were missing a section of the top rail on the backside of the platform. The top rail on one side of the platforms measured 29 inches above the platform. (b) IQF - On about July 13, 2015, at the Z-belt lines, two elevated platforms were missing a mid-rail on one side of the platforms.
