29 CFR 1910.333(c)(7): Portable ladders did not have non conductive siderails if they were used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized parts: On or about 6/21/2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was performing tree trimming operations near a 7.6kV overhead power line from a 28 foot aluminum extension ladder, exposing the employee to an electrical shock.
