29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. and or used with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment. (a) Production Floor - On or about June 16, 2016, where employees were using compressed air for cleaning, the outlet was not fitted with a relief device that drops the pressure to less than 30 P.S.I. if the flow is dead ended, nor was effective chip guarding in place.
