29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling: a. 324A Half Acre Rd., Cranbury, NJ - Receiving docks The employer did not ensure commercial highway trucks had wheel chocks placed to prevent the truck from rolling when being loaded or unloaded. An employee operating a forklift while engaged in truck unloading activities at the receiving docks was injured when an un-chocked commercial truck that did not have its brakes set was being unloaded, rolled away from the receiving dock causing the forklift to fall. Violation occurred on or about June 9, 2016
