29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: a- 258 Gordon Road, Block 26.03, Lot 8, Robbinsville NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet to ground surface below, when using an aluminum extension ladder that was not set on a stable or level surface. Condition observed on or about 05/24/16. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
